It was one year ago today that our
warehouse and customer service department went black.
Seriously, the winds hit and right in the middle of the busy
season our building went black...but only for 10 seconds because
I, thinking ahead for once, installed a generator; and we were back
up when the rest of the neighborhood was down for two days. Pat,
