This Cabernet begins with a supple mouth feel and features fine concentration to dark berry flavors, with persistent earthiness adding interest. Dried and fresh herb accents and nicely integrated cedary, chocolaty oak intermingle with the fruit. There are plenty of solid tannins and this will certainly benefit from at least three or four more years in the cellar. If opened now, it will show best with lamb, venison or duck.
