Just as I thought, some expensive oils and vinegars are lousy andsome inexpensive versions are great. These two were the "hands down" favorites of the panel. Vistalba Olive Oil (500ml) fromArgentina has a rich, olive taste with a smooth texture. Melina'sBalsamic Vinegar (250ml) from Modena; smooth with a balancedtartness. I pour this "solo" on my salad.
