Argento is an impressive winery in the center of Argentina's Mendoza wine district. The winemaker, Silvia Corti, is an Argentinian native who has studied and worked in Argentina. Growing up in Argentina, Silvia would observe and help her family make wine. This is where she found her passion for wine at an early age.

She went on to receive a degree in Agricultural Engineering as well as her Master's in Viticulture and Oenology through a special program between Argentina and France. Upon completing her education, she toured several winemaking countries before settling in Mendoza at Argento in 2004.

Alberto Antonini, the consulting oenologist, is a highly respected Italian oenologist who has consulted in Argentina as well as Italy, California, Chile, and South Africa. He is known as a "complete winemaker" as he is both deeply rooted in the history and traditions of regions while taking great advantage of the available technological advances in winemaking. Together, the team has crafted a wondrous Cabernet.

Our selection is the perfect intersection between passion and perfection. The flavors are bold and assertive, yet not overdone or excessive.

The bright, ruby red color predicts the assertive flavors to follow. Luscious pomegranate and cranberry enter the nose. The palate is pronounced with blackberry, licorice, and earth. A vanilla twist seals the deal as only a great Cabernet can.
