Dear Wine Lover,
OMG...this one is off the charts and a "must try" for all levels of wine enthusiasts.
It is French tradition to celebrate the end of the harvest by release on the third Thursday of November and be first to market with Beaujolais Nouveau. A wine meant to be consumed within 6 months of bottling it must be picked by hand and use carbonic maceration (ie...fermentation occurs in the grape). The wine is bright, youthful and full of berry character with very low tannic acid.
A must experience for the novice and the experienced wine enthusiast alike.
