Frédéric Barnier of Maison Louis Jadot talks winemaking with Paul

I had the great privilege to interview one of the finest winemakers of Burgundy, France, if not the world. His name is Frédéric Bernier and he heads up the winemaking efforts (actually from farm to bottle) at Maison Louis Jadot. He also has the distinction of following the great Jacques Lardière in this effort and has carved his own name in the halls of Burgundian winemaking.
