Moritz Bak learned about wine from his grandfather during their trips to the South of France at the foot of the Pyrenees. The treacherous region is not just a challenge to explore, but also challenging to grow grapes. Fortunately, the rewards in both cases are worth the tribulations.

Moritz was stunned by his visits to the Pyrenees, as he grew older that same reverence was aimed at the wines. He decided that wine was his calling and toured the world's greatest vineyards to learn first-hand what he could. At the end of his journey, he came back to where it all started.

He researched the area and its vineyards very closely until he decided from which ones he would begin to make his wine. It was a daunting task as almost every grape known to man is grown in the Cotes du Roussillon. The whites, however, have their own unique charm and that was enough for Moritz.

Our selection is a unique blend of 60% Macabeu, an aromatically sensuous delicacy, 20% Grenache Blanc, the grape that screams minerals, and 20% Grenache Gris, a floral and fruit forward grape that blends seamlessly with the other two.

The result is an amazing blend of melon and pear mixed with minerals, a touch of spice, and a zippy citrus finish. Breathtaking in any glass.
