Quintessential Wines was founded in 2002 by Steve Kreps, Sr., after he'd spent more than 30 years of experience in the wine business. Steve partnered with his two sons, Dennis and Steve, Jr., to form a powerful source of exceptional wines from all over the world. Since then, they have become better and better.
Parson's Flat was created by Kim and Mark Longbottom, owners of their iconic estate in Padthaway, Henry's Drive, South Australia. From the beginning, every wine they crafted was highly praised and they still are. We were excited to get our hands on some of these rare gems.
Our selection is a classic Australian blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Australia became known for this blend some 40 years ago and took the wine world by storm. Nobody had ever heard of a blend like this, but once people tasted it, they wanted more.
Here is the best of both worlds, with the Shiraz taking center stage, its black currant and earth tones softened by the Cabernet's cherry and spice.
