This rose comes to us from Stolpman Vineyards located in the Central Coast of California. The vineyard property was discovered 20 years ago by Tom Stolpman, founding partner of Stolpman Vineyards. It is on a rare limestone outcropping, unobstructed from the Pacific Ocean wind, that this unique land is naturally suited to grow Syrah and Roussanne grapes. The Stolpmans and their team are committed to preserving the natural environment for their vines through conscious farming, dry farming, and sustainable employment. This philosophy extends into the winery, where they prefer techniques that use native fermentation and minimal manipulation. Through these practices their goal is to create vibrant, site-specific wines, with a focus unique to Ballard Canyon AVA, California.

Love You Bunches rose is an example of how they've succeeded in their vision. Precise and popping with bright energy, it is everything you want in a scrumptious rose. A cold spring led to a moderate summer without significant heat spikes through harvest, keeping the acid levels high and creating an epic rose vintage.

In the glass, this rose is pale salmon pink, with aromas of strawberry and firm peach. On the palate, breezy lemon-lime and lifting mint combine effortlessly through the light and playful palate. It is smooth, with just a hint of refreshing tang that leaves you wanting more, making this the perfect wine for tapas or as an aperitif.
