Creating red wine from grapes grown on small acreages in both Napa Valley and Knights Valley is the passion of Beth and Jim Summers. Summers Estate Zinfandel is produced from four acres of Zinfandel grapes grown and hand-tended on their Calistoga Estate vineyard. This wine is made in small lots and aged in a combination of French and American Oak barrels for 18 months. Production is limited to 700 cases per year.
