On the heels of their very successful rose launch, the highly anticipated red blend from Patina founder and celebrity chef Joachim Splichal is here! Vinified in the Bordelais tradition, with 12 months aging in new oak. The result is a powerful wine with red and black fruit and spicy nuances, excellent concentration and firm tannins. Delicious now with a rich meal, this can age up to five years. Recommended with beef braised in red wine with polenta and spring vegetables.

Located in the Coteaux Varois, Domaine de Cala consists of 450 acres in Brignoles, in the heart of Provence. The different slopes and the exposure windswept by the mistral allow cooler harvests offering a more complex polyphenolic maturity.
