Legal Disclaimer:

All orders are fulfilled by licensed entities. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. When placing an order with, you can authorize Wine of the month Club to act on your behalf in processing an order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver it, or you can make independent shipping arrangements. We make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of California. You are solely responsible for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and tax/duty consequences of having the goods shipped to your destination.

Buyer and/or Recipient must be 21 years or older:

Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. Some states require that you provide the birth date and identification for both the buyer and recipient.

At time of delivery an adult signature is required. The recipient will be required to provide identification to the carrier.

Shipping:

Shipping charges are added to our products except our gifts. Wine of the Month Club passes on to our customer our negotiated shipping rates. Rates are calculated by product / total weight / zone. We connect directly to our shipper and all WOMC discounts are passed on to our customers. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding normally observed holidays. If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or a normally observed holiday, your order will be processed the next business day thereafter so you can get your wine shipped to your door as soon as possible.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser of our products to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address where an individual at least 21 years of age will be available to accept and sign for the package upon delivery. Other delivery options are available - Will call, Hold at location - FedEx offers pickup at various locations at FedEx Stores or Walgreens. Check https://www.fedex.com/locate/ for available pickup locations. Select Hold at Location and insert your zip code to find options. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO's / FPO's / DPO's / MPO's or internationally. Also please refer to our shippable states page for states that we ship to currently.

Orders are processed and shipped, generally, within 2 business days of completed order, Monday thru Friday (except for holidays) 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. (See Shipping page for details on states that have a different shipment schedule).

There are times, due to extreme weather or events out of our control (such as pandemic), shipping may be delayed by WOMC or by the carrier. You can contact our customer service or chat for assistance with tracking your package.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address OR after three delivery attempts by the carrier, and is returned, WOMC will attempt to contact the purchaser / recipient and reship the package. The wines returned will be added to the next shipment.

Continuous Membership / Subscription:

There are no fees for membership. WOMC offers many options to your wine subscriptions - type of wine, region, timing of shipments, quantity of bottles and more options.

When you purchase one of our Wine Memberships, and you select "Accept continuous shipments until I cancel" you agree to allow Wine of the Month Club to process and charge to your credit card orders for the level of membership, # of bottles, and the frequency selected until you notify us that you would like to discontinue your shipments.

Cancellations must be made prior to package being shipped.

Cancellation of Continuous Membership / Subscription:

You may discontinue your subscription / membership in WINE OF THE MONTH CLUB whenever you wish simply by contacting us via email at support@wineofthemonthclub.zohodesk.com, by phone 1-800-949-9463, chat at WineoftheMonthClub.com, or via mail to Wine of the Month Club; P.O. Box 660220; Arcadia, CA 91066. There are no fees or penalties for cancelling your subscription.

Gift Memberships:

Alcoholic beverages may only be sold and/or delivered to persons who are at least 21 years of age. An Adult Signature is required at the time of each delivery.

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser of the gifts to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address where an individual at least 21 years of age will be available to accept and sign for the package. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Military APO's / FPO's / DPO's / MPO's or internationally. Also please refer to our shippable states page for states that we ship to currently.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address OR after three delivery attempts by the carrier, and is returned, WOMC will attempt to contact the purchaser / recipient and reship the package. The wines returned will be added to the next shipment. If an address correction fee is charged WOMC reserves the right to adjust the balance of the gift for the Address Correction Fee paid to the shipper.

Gift memberships may be cancelled and a refund to the original payment method for up to 45 days after first package is shipped. PayPal refunds will be net of PayPal fees paid on original order. After 45 days purchaser will receive a credit to be used at https://www.wineofthemonthclub.com/

Returns / Re-Route / Reshipments:

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address OR after three delivery attempts by the carrier, and is returned, WOMC will attempt to contact the purchaser / recipient and reship the package with a charge of $20. If this is a shipment for a continuity wine club, there is a one time a year waiver of the $20 fee and wines will be included in the next shipment. For other orders, such as reorders or one time gifts, once wine is returned in good condition, you will be charged for the cost to reship the package.

If customer contacts us with a shipping address change / correction after order has been shipped there is a $20.00 charge to have the address corrected or package re-routed.

If a package is returned to our facility, and the recipient does not want the items reshipped, the customer will be reimbursed for the wines and related taxes only. A reasonable restock fee may apply and the shipping charges will not be refunded.

If a shipment is successfully delivered to an address provided by purchaser, but is not valid for any reason, WOMC reserves the right to charge the full amount of a replacement shipment if a reship is requested.

Returns of wine purchased is allowed up to 6 months after purchase. Returns will be accepted in person / in store or customer can have wines shipped to our warehouse at their cost. Once received and product examined for damages refund will be issued.
