When will my order arrive?

Your order is processed within 1-2 business days after submitting your order. Deliveries typically arrive between 3-7 weekdays after processing depending on the destination zip code. However, it may take up to 15 business days in some cases. Expedited shipping is available to most zip codes.

Alcohol deliveries require a face-to-face Adult Signature at the time of delivery. It is important you ship to an address where you know someone is available to receive it. If you ship to a business that is closed, or to a residence where no one is home during the weekdays, your package will be returned to us after three attempts.

Alcohol deliveries require a face-to-face adult signature at the time of delivery. When sending a gift, It is important that you ship to an address where you know someone is available to receive it. We recommend shipping to a business address or an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes. Three delivery attempts will be made before the shipment is returned to our warehouse.

Do I have to be a member to shop in the wine store?

Anyone can shop our great deals on award winning wines featured in our wine clubs. All wines are discounted off their original winery retail pricing, meaning you will save on each bottle purchased.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime directly on your account page, by contacting customer support here (support@wineofthemonthclub.com) or by calling 1-800-949-9463 8am-5pm PST.

By submitting your order for an Ongoing Membership you authorize to process the recurring charge to the credit or debit card you have provided until you cancel. You may cancel at any time. To cancel, you may login to your account, call 1-800-949-9463 or email customer service here and let us know of your decision to cancel. The recipient will receive no further shipments as of that date. If a shipment has already been processed prior to cancellation, it will be shipped as normal and the customer will not receive another shipment thereafter. If no shipment is in transit when you cancel, but your account contains funds owed to you, we will post the funds to your credit or debit card within 3 business days.

  • Recurring billing will only happen with Ongoing orders. If you select between 3-12 prepaid shipments, your membership will end after the selected number of shipments.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How much is shipping?

Prices of our wines do not include shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs, the cost of which varies depending on destination, number of bottles ordered and delivery options. If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then the appropriate shipping charges will appear in the shopping cart during checkout. If buyer selects an expedited delivery option, the extra charge will be applied to the initial shipment only.

If buyer asks seller to arrange shipping on its behalf, then buyer is responsible for providing a current, shippable, physical delivery address. Seller cannot arrange shipments for buyer that ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.

In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, seller reserves the right to charge the applicable carrier fee for rerouting to an alternative address or reshipping to the same address.

If a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, seller will not reship until the recipient or buyer provides a deliverable address.

In the event that a shipment is returned to seller’s facility, but the recipient or buyer does not want to reship the package(s), then seller will apply a restocking fee equivalent to the original shipping charge.

If a shipment is successfully delivered to the address that has been provided but is not valid for the recipient, seller reserves the right to charge the full amount for a replacement shipment.

Seller does not assist buyers with shipments to any state where it may not be permissible.

Where do you ship?

We are unable to ship to AL, KY, MS, UT, MI or other zip codes in which alcohol cannot be shipped. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or international addresses.
